Intuition is an integral part of my creative process, I have developed a growing interest in mysticism and astrology. Inspiration for the composition came from ‘The Star’ tarot card which is believed to signify authenticity, trust, hope and healing; an ongoing circle of giving and receiving. Swans are often associated with the astrological sign of Libra, known to be graceful, loyal, and harmonious. The lack of a horizon line lends the scene to a dream like quiet.
