About the Iconic Car:
In 1985, Michele Mouton won the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in an Audi Sport Quattro, setting a new course record of 11:25.39 and becoming the first woman to win the the event overall. Driving a 1985 Audi Sport Quattro on the all-dirt, 12-mile course, she dominated the “Race to the Cloud, “ shattering the previous record. 
 
In a world where many said women couldn’t compete, she proved that they not only could compete but could win, and win big! She remains the only woman to have won the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb overall.
