Blood, Sweat and Salty Tears

Blood, Sweat and Salty Tears is an original piece of art created by Julie Ahmad.

Subtle waves (no pun intended) of light pink, turquoise, and dark blue hues that bleed together so seamlessly. I utilized caviar beads for each color and applied them intricately to the canvas. Once applied, I finished the piece with a layer of resin which adds that beautiful glossy shine. The image, taste, and smell of salt water came to me quickly once I saw how the materials were creating an ocean-like aura. With hints of shimmer, this piece adds a fun and bright vibe to any room.
