There’s a charged stillness in this piece, where softness and structure meet in quiet confrontation. Painted directly onto Turkish upholstery fabric, the figure is absorbed into the material, her form and surroundings becoming one. The bold red blindfold both conceals and reveals, turning the act of looking into something loaded—controlled, withheld, and deliberate.
 
Oil and acrylic seep into the textured weave, creating a surface that feels lived-in, almost breathed upon. The result is deeply personal—suggestive without spectacle, intimate without explanation.
