I like to say that I don't paint "things" but something always appears. Whether it comes from my inner world or the external one, it's exhilarating when the process changes from me looking at the canvas to it looking back. In this case, all the characters of every story ever read to me morph into a playful gargoyle ready to reread all the stories.
